Major Accomplishments

Project Plan, Pros and Cons to Web-App vs Desktop, Schedule, initial Risk Document, Identified metrics to be used, Figured out setup for web-application in both netbeans and eclipse, and got GWT to work correctly with eclipse and netbeans.

Concerns/Risks

-Still Researching Web-Apps and learning curve for team might form a risk to all.
